Key Responsibilities

• Track plant efficiency, heat rate, fuel use and power generation.
• Spot performance gaps in operating data and suggest practical efficiency improvements.
• Build performance reports and KPI dashboards.
• Work with operations and maintenance teams to put improvement measures in place.
• Support reliable, efficient plant output through steady performance monitoring.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or a closely related engineering field.
• 5-10 years of experience in power plant performance, preferably in CCPP, CCGT or co-generation plants.
• Strong working knowledge of performance analysis, DCS data, OEM standards and SAP CMMS.
• Age 25-45 years.
• Only Sri Lankan nationals are eligible to apply.
